Writer’s Retreat

A distraction-free hideout with desks in the trees, for scholars and storytellers.

The Retreat

Somewhere The Work Actually Gets Done

Most writing problems are attention problems. This retreat removes the things that fragment a working day — the commute, the notifications, the obligation to be reachable — and leaves a desk, a view and a long stretch of hours.

The setting does the rest. Cloud forest outside the window, birdsong instead of traffic, and nothing scheduled unless you ask for it. Meals arrive; you do not have to think about them.

It suits thesis chapters, papers, book drafts and anything else that needs consecutive days rather than stolen evenings. Come alone, or bring a small writing group.
