Guided stillness by the Magal Oya — breathwork, forest bathing and river sound.
There is a particular quiet that only happens inside old forest, and the Magal Oya running past camp gives it a rhythm to settle into. This retreat is built around that — sitting, breathing and walking slowly, with the forest supplying everything else.
Sessions move between still practice and gentle movement. Walking is part of it: the Eli Hatha and Sri Padaya nature trails are both reachable from here, and shorter loops are available for anyone who wants less ground and more time.
No prior practice is needed. If you have never sat formally before, this is a forgiving place to start.
Guided sessions timed to the quietest parts of the day.
Practice on the bank of the Magal Oya, with water as the anchor.
Eli Hatha and Sri Padaya trails, plus shorter loops close to camp.
No experience assumed. Beginners are genuinely welcome.

Falls and stream cuts that give the day a steady, unhurried sound.

Sunrise from the high ground, with the cloud sitting below you.

Long views across the valley, for the sits that need an open horizon.
